EXPUNGE responses are lost if multiple sessions are open and a

If there are multiple sessions to a mailbox are open and one of the sessions
expunge messages the EXPUNGE responses may be lost. This happens when the user
trigger a FETCH/STORE/SEARCH command after the other session has called
EXPUNGE. As this clears all events currently pending to get dispatched (which
includes the EXPUNGE events).
