Attached the relations after refactoring.
With http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=1097708&view=rev, we have cascade delete
for Mailbox. This means that a DELETE FROM Mailbox where mailbox_ID=... will
delete all mails.
I think (not sure) that this was not the case before.
This is good if the API prevents to delete a mailbox and all its mails by error
(so check if mails exists, and warn user that mailbox is not empty).
