The mailet and matcher info included in the reports are retrieved by
instantiation. When this fails, the exception is not caught and not report will
be made on the mailet or matcher.
A report would still be useful even if this information cannot be obtained. So,
catch the exception, log at INFO and continue with the rest of the report.
