Fix For: 0.1
When IMAPFolder with unseen messages are shown using bold text style it's
better visible which folders contain unseen messages than having just a number
in brackets. Show the number of unseen messages only when it's >0.
Show super IMAPFolder bold when it's collapsed and a sub folder contains unseen
messages
