Rather a lot of mirrors seem to have problems, see below.
This suggests that the problem may be our end, or at least may have been
caused by the way the release was made.
Was the release originally uploaded with the wrong permissions and then
corrected?
The mirrors seem to be mainly ones that would use the EU mirror - maybe
that is somehow related to the failures?
