Sebb commented on JAMES-1314:
-----------------------------

Yes, the original problem is fixed.

However, it was better before when the header said to use a mirror instead of
ASF hosts.

Also, it would be useful to include details of how to check sigs and hashes,
for example as is done by commons [1]

BTW, the top-level HEADER.html has two broken links:
- changes
- digital signatures

and its confusing to use underline around the save bandwidth link;

Rather than:

<p>Please help us <u>save bandwidth by downloading from a
<a href="http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/james";>nearby mirror</a></u>
instead of from www.apache.org.</p>

it might be better to do something like:

<p>Please <b>help us save bandwidth</b> by downloading from a
<a href="http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/james";>nearby mirror</a>
instead of from www.apache.org.</p>

>
> ./james/HEADER.html:<h1>Index of /dist/jakarta/james</h1>
> Probably best to remove the <h1> entry entirely, as it does not strictly
> apply to the subdirectories which link to the file
