Spring does get confused by creating the OpenJPAMailboxManager

When Spring is creating the OpenJPAMailboxManager it always use the Encrypted
feature as it fails to detect that the 3 constructor arg is a Boolean value and
not a String. We need to tell Spring what type it is to make sure it is not
choosing the wrong
