A Mailet parameter of the form...
<mailet>
<whatever xml:space=\"preserve\"> some text </whatever>
</mailet>
...fails initialization because
org.apache.james.mailetcontainer.impl.MailetConfigImpl incorrectly handles XML
attributes in the key names returned from an
org.apache.commons.configuration.Configuration. .
