Running with trunk gives 'INFO 15:18:20,464 | james.imapserver | ID=893506177
Missing command implementation for commmand myrights' on capabilities command
(only partial impl of ACL at this time).
It is possible to configure disabled capabilities.
This will be done in the spring context for now.
