Just retry following carefully
http://code.google.com/eclipse/docs/install-eclipse-3.7.html (maybe a
temp network unavailability...), and if it still doesn't work, restart
with a clean eclipse indigo download :)

PS: I assume you are not talking about 'James Server' but on 'Hupa'?
