It's been going on for some months. My need hasn't been urgent or I would have 
written sooner.

I've had the problem at home and at work, so two different providers are 
involved. But I used IE8 in both places.

Since writing, I've located the download directory 
http://apache.tradebit.com/pub/james/ and managed to install JAMES on my home 
PC, which is where I wanted it. So personally, I'm doing okay, but the main 
JAMES web site is still inaccessable.
