I have James Server set up and am testing it with thunderbird. I can use
thunderbird to do a POP mail fetch and get messages from the mail box. But I
am unable to send a message out. The smtpserver.log is showing the following:
ERROR 22:30:10,963 | james.smtpserver | Id='18182349' User='' AUTH method PLAIN
failed from [email protected]
ERROR 22:30:11,153 | james.smtpserver | Id='18182349' User='' AUTH method LOGIN
failed from [email protected]
I am configured with a user account on the server as [email protected].
