Using the provided smtpserver-template.conf causes james to die unexpectedly on
startup with no indication in the logs as to why.
Repro steps:
Unzip james and run james start. Server starts and stays running.
Stop james and then copy the smtpserver-template.conf file to smtpserver.conf
then restart the server.
James shuts down after about 30 seconds and nothing in the logs indicates that
there was a problem.
