Hi Mark
Ok I had a deeper look at it and it seems the war its build on the build server
BUT the needed files in the war are still missing so I guess the plugin on the
build server is simply ignoring the missing artefact and not fail...... but
this is not change the fact of the missing spring files in the war so I guess
my fix suggestion is still valid...
