We definetly need a matcher that strongly uses mailbox stuff and especially
mailbox QuotaManager so that we do not need to recalculate quota all the time.
I wrote a matcher that relies on that.
Idem, I open an internal review at Linagora today, and I send it to you as soon
as we validated it.
Seeing what I said in James Mailbox/MAILBOX-64 we also need to set per user
and global policies threw JMX
I worked on that, I will open the internal review today.
