Jmap GetMailboxes should return default values for Mailbox.sortOrder.
Ordering should be :
INBOX
ARCHIVE
DRAFTS
OUTBOX
SENT
TRASH
SPAM
TEMPLATES
Other mailboxes should have a higher sortOrder.
