This upgrade is done to allow us using codecs.

Especially, we should write our own codec for ZOnedDateTime, waiting for 
official codec to persist timezones, and not just offsets

Acceptation criteria :

 - James should use a 3.0 driver
 - ZonedDateTime persistance should be done threw a codec

 - unit tests should be played against a 3.0.0.1 Cassandra unit server
 - James should be deployed and integration tested against a 3.0.5 Cassandra 
container
