In fact right now we are not voting for james but for its dependancy (that
should be released before James). These dependencies are JSIEVE, MIME4J, JSPF,
and james-skin.
The voting process is pending on server-dev.
In fact, every Apache project should be voting releases, according to
http://www.apache.org/dev/release.html
