James 2.3.2 has no smtpserver.xml, only config.xml
/james-2.3.2/apps/james/SAR-INF/config.xml
I added one more section of <smtpserver enabled="true"> in config.xml, with
port 465 and with <useTLS>true</useTLS> , But only the first <smtpserver> tag
is executing and second tag is neglecting.
