IMAP allows to delegate authentication through the AUTHENTICATION PLAIN
mechanism.
An admin user can authenticate with its password and then can be authorized to
be an other user.
See RFC 4616.
The protocol part of this RFC is already handled into IMAP, but we need a way
to define an administrator into the configuration and to check that permission.
