Tellier Benoit updated JAMES-1969:
----------------------------------
    Description:
Only local part of the mail address is used to obtain a mailbox session. Thus
multi-hosting is not supported.

We should obtain the username to open the session from the users repository.

Moreover logic is buggy. We should use a OR instead of a AND, too reject the
mail if we have too much e-mail OR too big account.

In addition, file license is missing and no tests are provided.

Also do injects from constructor.

Additionnaly, we should check the quotas taking the addition of this mail into
account.
