Summary: Configure Cassandra column families by default

We miss the following things:
- Specifying row cache
- Change compaction strategies
Row caching will benefit heavy read workload with hot keys. It will also allow
quicker access to mailboxes metadatas.
Choosing the Leveled Compaction strategy benefits read heavy workloads, with
delete/update/clustering.
We should preconfigure James Cassandra table creation from the lessons we
learned.
