James uses TanukiSoftware's Wrapper version 3.2.3. It's quite old version.
Please update if if possible.
Modern Wrapper versions (3.5.x) support quite useful features like possibility
of automatic service restart after JVM failure (see
https://wrapper.tanukisoftware.com/doc/english/prop-ping-timeout.html#action)
and others.
