Tellier Benoit resolved JAMES-1486.

Resolution: Fixed
Repo is migrated to Git.
We fused mailbox / mailet / protocols / server / mpt / and james-project
together for easier management.
mime4j jspf and jdkim still have a separated website.
The website generation is still manual, and is intended to stay lie this.
The james website have a dedicated james-site git repository, which deployment
is done via git pub sub
