The JMAP spec replace the use of **inReplyTo** while sending messages bu the
use of the In-Reply-To header.

If the message has an In-Reply-To header, the server SHOULD add the $Answered
keyword to all messages with the coresponding Message-Id header at this point.

We should update JMAP code accordingly.
