Summary: Core model should not use javax.mail.Flags object

Flags object is really poor in term of API and anyway, a core model should
never depend on external classes because we should be able to manage domain
rules in every details.
We should design a Flags class that is more developer friendly and replace
Flags use in James core APIs.
