When Alice shares its "Shared folder" with Bob, Bob should be able to access
"Shared folder" via IMAP.
To allow that, the "Shared folder" should be in a different namespace than
other Bob's folders.
We propose to (as Cyrus do) present these delegated folders in an other
namespace, called "Other Users".
Then, when Bob list its folders, he gets:
- all his personal folders
- all his delegated folders into the "Other Users" namespace.
It is also possible to list the "Other Users" folder, but we won't handle
regexp on it.
