Due to delegation, we introduce IMAP virtual mailboxes.
We then need to disallow virtual mailboxes creation at the "back-end level".
James components should be able to register "reserved mailboxes names" that
would then be checked at mailbox creation/rename time. Needless to say, such
configuration should be static.
