Summary: Bounce message size information can be incorrect

Some bounce messages reports that the bounced message have a size of 0.
Firstly the size report should be correct.
Moreover if this is not possible to compute the size, we should not specify the
size anymore in the bouncing mail instead of reporting a size of -1 or 0.
