I believe we can easily improve our README.
I propose:
- To start by a section explaining the project.
- Include a link to possible contributions.
- Move Developper reminders (How to run, site etc... Everything not essential
to new comers) in separated "How To files" with links.
- Include a summary to the various sections.
- Display our logo...
- Link the website...
