A formatting problem can be seen on this page
http://james.apache.org/server/config-cassandra.html in
cassandra.readTimeoutMillis section. This is due to a missing code block.
Also this page mentions that the replication factor should be one. This comment
is irrelevant and thus needs to be removed.
