Summary: StripAttachment::getFileName should be more robust

Today, if StripAttachment::getFilename mime part processing is stopped.
This is an issue, as subsequent MimePart changes will not be propagating.
We should catch the exception in getFileName and provide a default value as
well (as if it is null).
