Summary: Optimize testing speed

Build is globally too long. We should try to gain speed. Here are some
potential wins:
- Limit docker usage where needed
- Try to promote ClassRule use with docker when possible
- Review mailetcontainer configuration for speed.
- Review JMAP test provisionning
- Avoid waiting in EmbeddedES upon start and stop.
