Summary: Cassandra / RabbitMQ product should now adopt Swift

We previously implemented Swift as a Blob Store implementation.
It's intended to be used for the "distributed" version of James.
For now, this product is in fact the cassandra / rabbitmq combination so we
should bind swift into this product.
The smoke tests should demonstrate that sending a mail to a user, that actually
uses Blob Store works as expected.
