ForkJoin was already know for being a poor solution in case of IO but after
reading [http://www.coopsoft.com/ar/CalamityArticle.html] you'll be convinced
that you should refrain any use of it.
As we have a lot of usages of the Common ForkJoin pool, this ticket will track
changes needed to get rid of them.
