Create a Cassandra Migration task:
This migration will be listing the full content of the
`CassandraRecipientTable` and updating `CassandraMappingsSourcesDAO`
accordingly.
Register this migration as required to reach schema state 7 in
`CassandraRoutesModule`.
For writing tests, write mappings directly in `CassandraRecipientRewriteTable`,
then run the migration and check that the records are present in
`CassandraMappingsSourcesDAO`
