Using the new API introduced in MAILBOX-379
You will write in `mailbox/plugins/deleted-messages-vault` a PreDeletionHook
saving DeletedMessages into the Vault
You will write unit tests on top of an inMemory implementation, both using
`MessageManager::delete` & `MessageIdManager::delete`
