Currently, Cassandra configuration does not allow one to specify a username &
password in order to connect to the Cassandra database.
Of course, for operational reasons, such a setting is more than nice to have!
Thus:
- Modify the ClusterConfiguration class to allow passing an optional username
& password (ensure we can not get username without password and vice versa) and
write the according unit test
- Ensure the ResilientClusterProvider do submit configured credentials.
