We will implement 2 new JMAP model :
MessageMetadata - including all things that can be read from a MailboxMessage
retrieved with a "METADATA" FetchType
MessageMetadataAndHeader - including all things that can be read from a
MailboxMessage retrieved with a "HEADER" FetchType
Note: Message, MessageMetadataView, MessageMetadataHeaderView all implement a
MessageView.
We will introduce a Factory object for each one of these subtyoes, which
factory will be unit tested.
