In guice, create a Session leveraging the {{apache_james_cache}} keyspace
This keyspace will have a replication factor of 1
This session will have a consistency level of ONE
The session can be injected via {{@Named("cached") Session}} annotation and we
should be able to create tables for it (annotated with {{@Named("cache")}}
