Summary: Improve SMTP/IMAP contextual logs

While diagnosing some client issues, I was trying to get a list of submitted
IMAP commands, and a list of SMTP actions.
I realized such a diagnosing experience with debug logs turned on with James
was painful.
Here is the list of the missing features:
* We miss a correlation ID between 'transport logs (connection estalished)' and
applicative logs 'IMAP commands executed'
* We miss a list of submitted IMAP commands for a given client
* We miss sender/rcpt on SMTP contextual logs
Such information would have gave me more confidence about the diagnosis I made.
