When removing the file `dnsservice.xml`, there is a logging warning, but
otherwise apparently no problem:

to locate configuration file dnsservice.xml, assuming empty configuration

It would be nice not to have this warning at all, but that is a separate issue.
I will close this one as it is now resolved.
