When removing the file `healthcheck.properties`, there is a logging warning,
but otherwise apparently no problem:

james_1 | 06:28:55.429 [INFO ] o.a.j.CONFIGURATION - Load configuration file
/opt/apache-james/james-basic-server/conf/healthcheck.properties
james_1 | 06:28:55.433 [WARN ] o.a.j.m.PeriodicalHealthChecksModule - Could
not find healthcheck configuration file, using default configuration{noformat}
It would be nice not to have this warning at all, but that is a separate issue.
I will close this one as it is now resolved.
