[~ieugen] effort is more middle term as it is preconditioned by a migration to 
graddle.

This effort could allow a partial build in a shorter time range, so might be 
beneficial.

Optimally, I would agree to set up a minimal build (no docker) running on 
Apache infrastructure rather than on Travis.
