In an email body *multipart/alternative* part can contains non-textual parts in
which *text/** parts can be nested. For Example:
multipart/alternative -> multipart/related -> text/html + attachment
When retrieving *text/html* or *text/plain* body, instead of filtering only the
subParts of the first *multipart/alternative* part, we need to fetch all the
nested *text/** part inside it.
