Maybe we should set up a docker user for our CI
Apparently test containers support this:
https://github.com/testcontainers/testcontainers-java/issues/968
We then just have to create a docker hub user, contact docker to grant that
user high enough limits.
BTW I'm not even sure unlimited limits is needed, not being sharing pull quota
should be enough.
Sounds like a plan?
