When using evolution MUA (evolution in debug mode logs the full IMAP exchange
which is convenient) and QRESYNC is enabled, for one mailbox of the account an
error is encountered. Evolution complains the response was truncated...

You can see there is no 'OK' response.
Evolution is then unable to open the mailbox.
Reproduce with a unit test, debug.
While this bug was detected when triaging the Netty 4 pull request, we
succeeded to reproduce it on Netty 3 as well.
