In our customer work, ActiveMQ sometime crashed, causing the mail queue to
halt. This rarely happens, no diagnostic was proposed. We developed a health
check for ActiveMQ to detect these issues automatically.
Realizing this health check could help further improve the ActiveMQ usage in
James, we would like to contribute it publicly.
