The 0.3 branch drops dependencies on by now very old mailet versions.
Dependency-Check is reporting vulnerabilities against these versions
(CVE-2022-28220). It's unclear to me wether this version is actually affected,
but it's probably a good idea to release the 0.3 branch anyway, to avoid
bringing in these very old dependencies.
