My special case mailboxes do not get recognised by IMAP clients (they miss the
"role" information).

Provide a default typer for the already implemented XList extension,
Write a test,
And see if this works...
h3. Longer term options
https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc6154 deprecated XList but is slightly harder
to implement...
